IT Infrastructure Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Infrastructure Supervisor to join our Software Organisation in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the support team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our customers.

This permanent position comes with a salary range of £27,000 to £35,000, depending on experience. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work. Our organisation offers full training on the support function and product configuration.

• Supervise the support team and manage customer support calls.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues, including those requiring software development input.
• Coordinate with the operations team to deliver GETGOT and Hark configurations.
• Lead bespoke development projects and interface configuration efforts.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical support role, knowledge of databases, server experience, and AWS skills. Leadership experience and strong analytical skills are also essential.
