Job Summary
">We are seeking a Christmas Team Member to join our team in **West London**. As a member of our Sales Floor team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
About the Role
">This is a temporary, flexible opportunity primarily based on the sales floor, where you will have the chance to provide amazing service to our customers in the run-up to Christmas and during our End-of-Season Sale. You will also have opportunities to work in other areas of the store within this role.

About You

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
What's Next
">As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
Estimated Salary: ££9.50 per hour, paid weekly. Bonus and profit-sharing schemes available, see below for more details.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. You should also be able to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
A minimum of 6 months' retail experience is preferred, although it is not essential. We encourage applications from individuals with transferable skills or experience in customer-facing roles.
Working Hours
">This is a part-time opportunity, with approximately 20 hours per week available. You will be required to work a combination of early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, including some Bank Holidays.
Location
">This role is based in West London, with regular travel to other stores within the area may be required. You will need to have access to reliable transportation or be willing to use public transport to commute to work.
