About the Role

We are seeking a Fibre Exchange Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction of fibre exchange sites, ensuring the successful deployment of our fibre optic network. This role involves managing build activities, including greenfield and warehouse telecom sites, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractors and coordinate with designers, contractors, and safety specialists
  • Attend and chair installation pre-start meetings
  • Provide weekly updates on site progress and conduct quality audit checks
Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts, as well as supervisory experience in concrete works. Additionally, you should be proficient in developing greenfield sites and converting existing warehouse premises. CSCS Card, SSSTS or SMSTS certification, and knowledge of relevant health and safety standards are essential.
