**Job Title:** HVAC Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an HVAC Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning air conditioning systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission air conditioning systems in various residential settings
  • Work as a team to deliver air conditioning fit-out works
  • Read and interpret technical information to understand system layouts and troubleshooting processes
  • Collaborate with team members to develop efficient solutions for any potential problems
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff on best practices in air conditioning installation
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit job sheets on time
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology
  • Attend some service and breakdown appointments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Installer
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on air conditioning systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical information
  • Experience in equipment repair and maintenance practices
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff members
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) are advantageous
  • A valid and clean driver's license is required for travel between job sites

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
