We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Room Leader to join our team at Staff Match. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a proven track record of leading and supporting staff in a nursery setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.
- Develop and implement effective curriculum plans that meet the needs of children aged 2-5 years.

Requirements:
