Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Advisor - Occupational Health to join our team at Bank Partners.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a proactive and flexible individual with robust clinical knowledge and strong initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with our Occupational Health team to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Duties:
  • Administer immunisations under General Written Instruction as required
  • Perform phlebotomy, vision screening, skin checks, health surveillance, urinalysis, blood pressure measurements, and participate in pre-employment health clearance
  • Develop and undertake immunisation clinics on-site and at satellite clinics if necessary
  • Provide advice on occupational immunisations and travel immunisations
  • Undertake phlebotomy tasks
  • Maintain accurate clinical records according to NMC guidance and Trust policies
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Participate in maintaining the risk recall register and exposure prone procedure register
  • Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety while performing clinical duties
  • Promote and participate in occupational health initiatives
  • Attend local inductions and report any problems or concerns related to their area of responsibility

The ideal candidate will possess NMC Registration, at least 6 months of experience in an Occupational Health setting within the last 3 years, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum and benefits package, including access to free training, weekly salary, shift management opportunities, priority shifts over agency workers, and competitive pay.
