About the Role

Mencap is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Support Worker to join our team in Warminster. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily activities, providing emotional support and promoting independence.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with service users, understanding their unique needs and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
