Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Academic Professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Social Work Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for teaching and learning to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, high-quality, and challenging learning experiences that align with the needs of students and the broader social work agenda. They will also contribute to the development of a sense of student community, act as a key contact for students, and play an active role in pastoral care and supervision.

A postgraduate degree in a relevant field and experience in planning and delivering teaching or training are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

This is a full-time position, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement and pension scheme.
