Teaching Assistant Opportunity in EYFS Setting
Rikama Education is working with a primary school to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in their nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a TA with students and supporting learning in EYFS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in small groups and one-to-one sessions to enhance their learning experience
- Work with a dedicated support team and experienced SLT to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- EYFS Level 3 qualification is essential for this role
- Experience of working as a TA with students in the EYFS setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
