Job Summary

Logicalis is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a critical role in assisting our Sales Support Representatives, Order Management Coordinator, and Accounts Executives on a national basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill special customer requirement needs that are identified
  • Prepare weekly order status and shipping reports for the Sales Support Representatives and Accounts Executives to deliver to the customer
  • Perform Order Backlog Management
  • Perform Open Purchase Order Management
  • Assist with forecasting - gathering of information weekly and report generation
  • Act as liaison for information needed from Legal, Credit, and Finance
  • Perform deal registration assistance and tracking
  • Manage documents for closing of orders requiring document signatures
  • Research customer issues / invoicing questions
  • Provide training to backup any needs of the department
  • Demonstrate and actively promote an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behaviors
  • Support and conduct self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations

Requirements

  • High School Education
  • 1 year in a related area
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications

Salary Compensation Range: $42,000 to $52,000
