Senior Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Sense. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large staff team and providing high-quality care to individuals with complex disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care to individuals with complex disabilities.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with Sense's legal and organisational standards.
  • Provide line management support to a team of staff.
  • Manage rotas and annual leave.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a health and social care setting, including 2 years in an operational management capacity.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, commissioners, and users.
  • NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience of supporting a large staff team and individuals with challenging behaviour.
  • A full UK Drivers License.
