About the Job

We are seeking an experienced PRM Airside Driver to join our team at Aberdeen International Airport. As a PRM Airside Driver, you will be responsible for driving specialist vehicles on the airfield to transfer passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) from the aircraft to the terminal building or from the terminal building to the aircraft.

Job Requirements

You will work as part of the PRM Airside Driver Team, ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of PRMs. This will involve operating a range of vehicles, including minibuses and heavy goods type vehicles, and assisting PRMs onto the aircraft, to their seat or into the ABM vehicles or terminal buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Company vehicles safely and securely at all times, adhering to airport airside driving requirements.
  • Assist PRMs onto the aircraft, to their seat or into the ABM vehicles or terminal buildings.
  • Complete daily Vehicle Check Sheets to maintain vehicle operational reliability and report any defaults in line with the Vehicle Inspection procedure.
  • Update the Allocator on job progress using PDA's and Radio.
  • Observe all Aberdeen airport airside driving requirements.
