Lead Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at McGregor Boyall. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure and GCP.
  • Mentor and guide team members in implementing pipelines, automating processes, and optimizing existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Blueprints, and Bicep.
  • Implement and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD automation and Azure Pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with ITILv3 best practices and ServiceNow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Azure or GCP with a strong background in Kubernetes, PaaS, IaaS, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Strong understanding of ITILv3 best practices and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Blueprints, and Bicep.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps CI/CD automation and Azure Pipelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
