About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at ABode Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to deliver high-quality service and ensure that our guests receive a seamless experience.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay, plus service charge and tips. You will also have access to our Perkbox platform, which offers a range of retail and hospitality perks. Additionally, you will be entitled to 25% off food and beverage in our hotels, as well as a staff rate of £25 B&B per person.
