About the Role

Motorway Online Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Data Executive to join our team. As a key member of our CRM department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our CRM and lifecycle strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM, product, and customer experience, with a proven track record of success in managing executive(s) and delivering a technology-powered customer engagement strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Head of CRM in creating and executing a strategic vision for CRM across multiple touchpoints.
  • Defining and implementing a data-informed CRM strategy, leveraging data and insights for segmentation, targeting, messaging, and campaign adaptation.
  • Managing and executing lifecycle journeys and marketing campaigns that deliver excellent customer interactions across multiple touchpoints.
  • Identifying and implementing high-impact CRM initiatives to encourage sellers further down in the selling funnel and ultimately driving sales.
  • Working closely with internal teams to develop impactful, targeted, personalised, and brand-consistent messaging and creative.
  • Analysing data and reports to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience and product discoverability.
