Coventry Family Accommodation Coordinator

P3 Charity is an award-winning organisation that works with people to improve their lives, unlock their potential, and open up new possibilities. As a Coventry Family Accommodation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering a new service for families in need of temporary accommodation.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, previous experience of working in a similar role, and a thorough understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable individuals. You will be person-centred, passionate about supporting people to achieve independence, and committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate the delivery of intensive housing management services to families in need of temporary accommodation.
- To work closely with local authorities, partner agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- To identify and address potential risks and challenges, developing creative solutions to support families in achieving their goals.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or a related discipline).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a charity or non-profit setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations.
