About the role

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team at a good Ofsted-rated school near Hackney. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects.

This is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit team and make a real difference in the lives of your pupils. You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education, and will be part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students aged 11-16, flexibility to work on different subjects, and the ability to build rapport with students. If you are passionate about education and the growth within each student's learning environment, this is the role for you.

  • Experience working with students aged 11-16
  • Flexibility to work on different subjects

  • Have a fun but firm presence
  • An interest in education

We welcome applications from candidates with any level of experience, although previous experience of working with students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage.
