Job Title: Principal Designer Services Partner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principal Designer Services Partner to join our team at The Health & Safety Partnership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our Principal Designer and CDM Consultancy services business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Set long-term goals and align the company's objectives with market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, secure new contracts, and expand the client base.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead a well-qualified team of consultants, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the consultancy, including budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a design or construction management related role.
  • CMaPS status and Chartered Membership of a relevant body (e.g. MCIOB, RIBA).
  • Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications and experienced with BIM.
