About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Assistant to join our team at Vibe Recruit. As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our trade counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in fulfilling their needs, both physically at the trade counter and virtually via our website, phone, and email.
  • Build relationships with customers through excellent customer service, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the correct products are selected, resulting in ongoing business.
  • Raise invoices, process orders, and take payments in a timely manner.
  • Maximize every opportunity to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep the trade counter/showroom tidy and re-stocked at all times.
  • Assist with additional duties, such as re-stocking parts of the warehouse, helping with organizing deliveries, checking items in, and ensuring they are correct and in good condition.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and customer-facing skills to work alongside customers on and off site.
