Part-time Care Support Team Member

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Senior Support Workers. As a Senior Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and contribute to the success of our Residential Service.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to supporting people to achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
- Demonstrable experience in a social care setting or similar community/health-based service
Salary: £23,049 - £25,039 per annum (pro-rata for 27 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Part-time (27 hours or 30 hours per week) shifts on a 4-weekly rota
Contract Length: Permanent
Location: Tozer House, Chichester
