Job Overview

Kerry, a leading taste and nutrition company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to join its engineering team at the Taste & Nutrition Manufacturing facility in Runcorn.

This is a permanent, full-time position operating on early and late shifts from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have a time-served fully skilled engineer background with appropriate qualifications, such as a City & Guilds certification.

About the Role

The successful candidate will perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance of assets to maximize plant availability and maintain production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out risk assessments with relevant personnel and implement controls to minimize risks to acceptable levels.
  • Resolve breakdowns, conduct PMs, and work on projects/improvement works to minimize production downtime.
  • Actively seek to undertake PMs on offline machinery where time allows.
  • Complete PM sheets with observations, jobs completed, and recommendations, and file with the Maintenance Planner.
  • Evaluate production data to identify areas for improvement.

What We Offer

Kerry offers a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for self-growth and career development within a global environment.
