Ambitek Limited is seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team in the Manufacturing sector.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder with a minimum of 7 years of experience to work on heavy gauge materials, using overhead cranes, and working with heavy-duty beams up to 45 tonnes.

Main Responsibilities
  • MIG welding on very heavy gauge materials
  • Experience of using overhead cranes
  • Working with heavy-duty beams up to 45 tonnes
  • Reading engineering drawings
  • Passing a multi-run fillet weld and butt weld test
Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained in welding and fabrication
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in MIG welding
Working Hours and Salary

Hours of work: Nights, Monday to Thursday. Salary: £23.10 on nights.
