About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our RIBA Chartered practice in Stockport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing information for and running site meetings at different stages of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed designs and specifications for a variety of projects, including small extensions and large-scale new build developments.
  • Run your own projects and work collaboratively with colleagues on larger projects.
  • Help mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience using Revit and working in the Education sector, including Priority School design process and DfE Output Specification.
  • Strong design and detailing skills, with the ability to work on a range of projects from small extensions to large-scale new build developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
