Renal Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a Renal Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide holistic care
- Operate 24 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 112 patients, in partnership with Royal Preston Hospitals NHS Trust
