Car Sales Manager Position

Citygate Automotive is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive sales principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, including estimated earnings of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus a range of employee benefits, including company pension, cycle to work scheme, life insurance, referral programme, high street discounts, and employee assistance programme. Additionally, they will have access to our in-house training academy and internal career progression opportunities.
