We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at The Harbour, Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and motivation to develop the existing staff while maintaining high professional standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and motivation to develop the existing staff
- Maintain high professional standards and demonstrate commitment to staff development and patient care
- Rotate across the specialty areas and work shifts covering 24 hours, seven days a week
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in adult mental health nursing. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of care while supporting and assisting to implement local and national strategies and initiatives.
Person Specification:- Post graduate qualification or experience
- On-going registration with the NMC
- Specialist qualification or equivalent level in skills and development
We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including a £7k Welcome Bonus package. This bonus is designed to attract and retain the very best staff in post and is subject to a Repayment Clause should the post holder leave this role within 6 months of commencing employment.
The £7k Welcome Bonus package is applicable from 1st July to 30th September 2024 and consists of three payments: £3,000 after 2 months of employment, £2,000 after 12 months, and £2,000 after 24 months.
