Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Web and Digital Content Assistant to join our Communications and Marketing Team on a part-time, fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Academy's website and digital asset library, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content.

Your duties will include updating the website, logging bugs and issues with external developers, and reviewing content to ensure it meets guidelines. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for external developers, third-party system providers, and the University of London, providing updates on digital landscape developments that benefit the institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Academy's website and digital asset library, ensuring accurate and consistent content.
  • Update the website, log bugs and issues with external developers, and review content to meet guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external developers, third-party system providers, and the University of London.
  • Provide updates on digital landscape developments that benefit the institution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of working with a CMS.
  • Proven experience working across an organisation, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for stakeholders and audiences.

About the Opportunity
