Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team of Financial Planners. As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting our Financial Planners by preparing and maintaining client files, conducting technical calculations, and undertaking necessary research. You will also be required to collaborate with Financial Planners to create tailored financial plans, conduct ongoing client reviews, and provide excellent client support and communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Client File Management: Prepare and maintain accurate client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is compliant and up-to-date.
  • Financial Plan Development: Collaborate with Financial Planners to create tailored financial plans, including conducting technical research and calculations to support recommendations.
  • Ongoing Client Reviews: Regularly review and update client plans to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Client Support and Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing professional support and ensuring a smooth financial planning experience.
  • Compliance and Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence and ensure all financial plans meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Collaboration and Development: Support Financial Planners and colleagues by addressing technical queries, sharing expertise, and contributing to the improvement of internal processes and standards.

**Requirements:**

• Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS)
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team members
• High attention to detail and accuracy
