About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UK Payroll Analyst to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume multi-site business processing for UK and Irish payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to payroll queries from stakeholders
  • Completing monthly remittances and ensuring compliance with UK legislation
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and handling queries and communications
  • Corresponding with HMRC and internal auditors
  • Conducting auto-enrolment checks and validating payroll reports
  • Researching and integrating upcoming UK legislation changes
Requirements
  • Experience with time management systems and HR systems
  • High analytical skills and accuracy in work
  • Adaptability to change and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders and detail-oriented approach
  • Meet deadlines and deliver quality service on time
  • Proven experience in a payroll team and intermediate Excel skills
  • Knowledgeable in UK payroll legislation including SMP, SSP, and pensions auto-enrolment
About You

You have a proven track record of success in payroll analysis and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are passionate about delivering high-quality services and meeting deadlines.
