About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Town Planner with 5-10 years of professional experience to join our team as an Associate Town Planner. As a key member of our team, you will engage in a wide range of planning activities, including working on large-scale development projects, managing the preparation and submission of planning applications, and handling appeals across various development types.

You will possess strong stakeholder management abilities, with significant client interaction and the opportunity to participate in networking events to expand your personal network and raise the company's profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Handle appeals across various development types
  • Contribute to local plan representations

Requirements
  • A qualified Town Planner with 5-10 years of professional experience in either the private or public sector
  • Chartered membership of the RTPI is essential
  • A full driving license is essential
