Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Assist Project Managers in the delivery of smoke ventilation and fire alarm systems, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk and method statements to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate onsite deliveries, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and that projects are completed on schedule.
- Financial Management: Assist the accounts department with project-related debt and ensure good cost control across projects, advising the business on profit/loss.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and senior management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all information and certification for installed systems is accurately prepared and issued in a timely fashion.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant technical tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Business Acumen: Self-motivated approach to work, with a strong understanding of business principles and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Education and Certifications: Hold a UK driving license and any relevant certifications or qualifications.
