Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at Fine & Country, specializing in the luxury housing market across South Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on the upper quartile of the property market, you will develop bespoke marketing strategies for each client, utilizing the local, national, and international exposure offered through the Fine & Country network.
  • You will work closely with clients from initial contact through to the sale of their property, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction.
  • Market properties to achieve maximum exposure and the highest possible price, utilizing the Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure, and Service (PES) strategy.

Support and Resources:

  • We provide a comprehensive back-office service, including a pre-sales team, post-sales team, and administrative support.
  • Our team assists with administration, call handling, appointment booking, marketing, sales progression, marketing exposure, lead generation, and more.

Requirements:

  • An experienced Agent with a strong business acumen and ability to deal with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Professionally presented and able to offer a bespoke service and marketing strategy.
