  • Create, plan, implement, and lead the commercial strategy for Air Astana in the United Kingdom.
  • Develop influential B2B commercial relationships with travel management companies, online travel agencies, tour operators, consolidators, aggregators, and retail agents.
  • Engage with key corporate and governmental stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial travel programs.
  • Promote the airline's direct digital channel as a top priority in consumer search through a compelling marketing approach.
  • As the country lead, establish revenue, cost, manpower, and capex budgets for the station.
  • Directly operate the appointed GSA and key interline relationships within the territory.

Requirements:

  • The UK residence/work permit.
  • An existing commercial leader within the aviation sector, with a minimum of 7 years relevant industry/airline experience.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and diligent approach to problem-solving based on a solid further education qualification.
  • Be confident in challenging status-quo solutions and driven by results.
  • Understand what it means to lead and influence, as well as navigate complex multi-stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Reflect the company's values of Hospitality, Efficiency, Activeness, Reliability, and Trustworthiness (HEART).

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, taking into account the title, job description, and location.
