**Production Manager

Job Summary:
Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient production of high-quality products, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production staff, including team leaders and production planners, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating hazards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including production volumes, quality metrics, and employee performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or operations management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, and experience with quality management systems.
