Veterinary Investigation Officers play a crucial role in our Disease Investigation Hubs, working closely with teams to identify and address animal health issues.

As an Animal Health Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating animal diseases, providing expert advice to farmers and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of policies and strategies to improve animal health and welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate animal diseases and provide expert advice to farmers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of policies and strategies to improve animal health and welfare
  • Work closely with teams to identify and address animal health issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PhD or equivalent experience in veterinary medicine or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
