We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be required to work independently, managing your delivery route and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers across the region
  • Manage delivery route and ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. We also offer overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.
