About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Proposals. As a key member of our collaborative alliance, you will be responsible for developing value-driven solutions that achieve our capital investment programme outcomes and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Proposals Stage on behalf of the @one alliance and be accountable for its performance.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships and trust between Anglian Water's Asset Delivery Planning (ADP) and @one alliance delivery teams.
  • Manage the key Anglian Water and external stakeholders during the proposals stage.
  • Drive excellence in Health and Safety in solution development.
  • Provide clear, consistent, and visible leadership to the Proposals Team.
Requirements
  • A degree in an engineering discipline, preferably with experience in water-sector assets and delivering capital projects.
  • Experience in a Design and Build environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate compliance with business ethics, foster collaboration, and support the development of skills around you.
  • Comfortable leading a culture of outperforming affordability and continuous improvement to deliver efficiencies.
