Job Description

Compliance Manager £50,000 plus benefits

At Jenrick Engineering, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our site meets and exceeds legal and regulatory standards with a strong knowledge of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including LOLER.

• Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations, and ensure the site is compliant with all relevant requirements.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters.

• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and compliance.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related issues and incidents.

• Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand their compliance responsibilities.

• Conduct investigations and take corrective action as necessary to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

• Develop and maintain a culture of compliance within the organization.

• Ensure that all compliance-related activities are documented and recorded accurately.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on compliance matters.

• Ensure that all compliance-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Develop and implement a compliance program that is aligned with company goals and objectives.

• Ensure that all compliance-related activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
