About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading natural stone paving and bespoke natural stone hardscape products company based in Hillsborough, Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate natural stone projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on natural stone solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, progress updates, and final accounts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the natural stone industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of natural stone products, including paving, walling, and landscaping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
