We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and autonomous individual to drive the operational and functional SHEQ management for a leading UK provider of industrial water treatment solutions.
About the Role:As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in implementing and driving SHEQ management systems within an engineering environment. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as promoting a culture of safety and excellence throughout the organization.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £50,000 - £53,000 per annum, plus benefits including bonus, training, private medical insurance, pension, and cycle to work scheme.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and drive SHEQ management systems across the organization
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain a strong safety culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Proven experience in QHSE management within an engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
