Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome and farewell to guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Deliver exceptional service during breakfast, afternoon, and dinner service.
  • Host guests in our Open Lobby, maintaining a spotless and pleasant environment.
  • Serve hot and cold drinks from our Open Lobby and Starbucks outlets.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to meeting delegates and function guests.
  • Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Engage and build relationships with our guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Recognize and appreciate repeat guests, priority members, and VIPs.
  • Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to up-sell and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints, seeking feedback and finding ways to turn around any negative experience.
