This role will involve managing a portfolio of customers, reporting to the Finance Manager, and working closely with a team of approximately 5 within the finance department.

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth and development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts
  2. Assess and mitigate credit risks
  3. Collate and analyze credit data
  4. Communicate with customers to resolve queries and disputes
  5. Process and manage cash allocations
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  7. Perform other duties as required

  1. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible hours between 10am and 4pm)
