Commodity Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commodity Contract Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a Commodity Contract Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire process of revenues related to offtaking agreements.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with commodity contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring the verification, analysis, and finalization processes of commodity contracts within the Generation and Trading Business Unit.
The salary for this position is around £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role can be based either in London or Edinburgh with a flexible working policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in the life cycle of the contract starting from signing up to settlement.
- Perform calculation of monthly settlements related to energy production of renewable assets, especially those based in the UK and dispatched by the UK branch.
- Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze data and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of English language.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with commodity contracts and offtaking agreements.
