Senior Assistant Manager - A Key Role in Our Store's Success

At 23.5 Degrees, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store's leadership, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a team to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  • Providing guidance and support to the team to ensure that standards are met consistently.
  • Ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and efficient experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the Hospitality or Retail industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Sound decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to meet the requirements of the business.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and financial management principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
