About the Role

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our Neurosciences Physiotherapy Rotation, contributing to our Neuro Therapy Team's success. This role offers a diverse range of experiences across acute, rehabilitation, and community/outpatient settings.

As a member of our team, you will have opportunities to participate in CPD, research, and audit projects. You will also be able to provide supervision and teaching to junior staff, students, and multidisciplinary teams.

Main Job Components

  • To work across services within the rotation to provide high-quality, safe, and effective physiotherapy services.
  • To collaborate with patients and their carers to effectively assess, goal plan, and treat patients, striving to maximize independence and quality of life.
  • To supervise and teach recently qualified physiotherapists, support workers, and physiotherapy students.
  • To participate actively in quality improvement, clinical audit, and research projects.
  • To take an active part in extended hours, seven-day, and weekend working as required by individual teams to maximize access and delivery of rehabilitation and physiotherapy care.
