Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Materials Manager to join our team at Core 3 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and procurement, with experience in managing supply chains and negotiating with suppliers. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and Procurement: Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of materials.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction and procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.

What We Offer
