Responsibilities
  • Assess and underwrite mortgage applications to ensure all lending complies with the company's credit risk policy
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements
  • A current or recent Underwriting Mandate
  • Good knowledge of Buy to Let lending (to include Limited Company, HMO and Multi lets)
  • A good understanding of the mortgage process
  • Record/file management experience
  • Experience of working in a team
