Job Description:
Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Revenue Generation Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and grow the client base
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the construction or related industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Results-driven and money-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent IT literacy and proficiency in CRM systems
* Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques to stay ahead of the competition
