About the Role
  • Educate junior colleagues in mechanical design principles and best practices
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in design work, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and 3D printing
  • Experience working in high-precision engineering sectors, such as aerospace or medical devices
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
