Bus Fleet Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of buses to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. Your primary duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting diagnostic tests to identify faults, and making necessary repairs. You will also be expected to participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
A key aspect of this job is working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals. You will contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and mutual respect. By doing so, you will help drive success within our organization and support the growth of our business.
Our compensation package includes a salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits scheme. This includes full-time permanent employment, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive training.
